Skills practiced:

  • Alphabet/ number/ rhyming knowledge
  • Rapid naming
  • Self-regulation (taking turns, following directions)

Materials Needed:

  • Game set; Laminated cards with images or letters/ number on them

Procedure:

  • The teacher passes out all the cards (teacher keeps the first card)
  • The teacher holds up the card and says, “I have____, who has _____?”
  • The child who has the card with the proper letter/number/ image says, “I have_____, who has_____?”
  • The children continue until the game resolves and all the cards have been identified.
